As a busy Mom and working professional, I’ve found life is often a hustle, whether we like it or not. The constant quest for balance often causes more stress than benefit. My “wellness routine” had become more of a chore and an expense than a practice in real self-care that fed my soul. That’s how I was inspired to take my 7+ years of coaching experience and work in the wellness industry to start Restoring The Day. Here, the goal is to take the hustle, expense, and confusion out of today’s popularized “wellness” trends, and help people truly reconnect with their bodies and minds.

I want to help teach you how to put your tools for wellness back in your own hands. Our bodies have built-in resources and wisdom that are just a breath or a heartbeat away, but often life doesn’t slow down long enough for us to access those internal resources. It’s up to us advocate for ourselves and take back that time and those resources.

The goal of Restoring The Day is to help create space for you to replenish, give you the tools to revive, and redefine how you move into your future.

Meet Susan

I am a certified Integrative Health Coach, a Certified Trauma-Informed Breathwork Coach, and a student of Psychology.

I have 7+ years of experience in coaching and mentorship within the wellness industry and over a decade of experience in entrepreneurship, marketing, and helping small businesses and start-ups. I’ve spent a lot of time around motivated, go-getters who have trouble slowing down! (I’ll raise my hand here too!)

I was named a Top Coach in 2022 when working with clients via the Wellory Nutrition Coaching app where my specialty was helping clients form and stick to new habits and lifestyle changes.
