Why I’m a Health Coach

I love seeing you thrive. You are amazing. So my mission is to help you restore clarity, health, vitality and joy to your life by creating a safe, supportive place where you to process what’s going on on the inside, make changes where you need to on the outside, and thrive more vibrantly as your true self.

I call myself a health AND life coach because it’s nearly impossible to separate the two. And through my training at Institute of Integrative Nutrition, I became further convinced that we cannot separate them! A healthy mind, soul, and physical body must all be approached together and equally in order to see truly transformative and restorative results.

Marketing was a wonderful career, but I knew that the legacy I wanted to leave those around me did not include staying in that career. It included showing people love, care, respect, and creating a safe space for us all to heal and thrive and ultimately break free of whatever is holding us back!

Life can feel like a big crazy disaster inside when we don’t know who we are, where we’re going, what we should eat, which direction to go, and what we should explore and where we should expend our precious energy. So it’s my goal as your health and life coach to help you find the answers inside.

I’m a mid-west native who likes the comfort of home but the exhilaration of what’s beyond. I’m a driven entrepreneur and a creative dreamer. I live with my husband, two kiddos, and two fur-babies in the Twin Cities, Minneapolis area. I’m always down for a a hike in the rain, a plane ride to new destinations, or a cozy movie night in… as long as there’s popcorn.

When I’m not fully engrossed in our sessions together, you’ll also find me cooking, reading, researching, dancing in my living room, and planning our next big adventure.
